Meet Scott
I have proudly called Rock Island home for the past four years. As a children's mental health therapist, husband, and father, I understand how vital a strong, supportive, community is for families, youth, and local businesses. Alongside my wife, son, two dogs, two cats--and a revolving crew of stray cats--I am deeply rooted in the everyday life of Rock Island.
I have been involved with the Valley Autism Support Team and am passionate about helping create a town where all families feel seen, supported, and welcome. I'm running for city council to continue supporting the great work already happening in Rock Island, while also advocating for new opportunities like trails, playgrounds, and a dog park--places that bring people together.
My priorities include supporting local businesses, developing safe and accessible community spaces for people of all abilities, and fostering economic growth that reflects the town's values. I believe that every voice matters and am committed to listening first, then leading with understanding. For me, building a strong Rock Island means investing in what makes it special--its people.
